MindBay is a self-help tool meant to complement, not replace, any medication, talking therapy or other care prescribed by your clinician. Continue all existing treatments exactly as directed. The app cannot send alerts to your healthcare provider. If your symptoms worsen, or if you feel at risk of harming yourself or others, stop using MindBay and seek help immediately by contacting your GP, dial 111, or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.
MindBay is intended to be used independently or alongside talking therapy and/or medication by adults (18 years +) who are experiencing mild to moderate symptoms of anxiety and/or depression. The software provides CBT-based coaching sessions, self-management exercises and mental health education to supplement routine clinical care. It is not intended to diagnose, prevent, or cure mental health disorders, nor to replace professional judgement.
